There's a 4th one under one of the counters in the main store lobby, then 3 in the back storage room

i beat the game, i loved it, but i did have a question. on my playthrough i found a keycard on a desk at the end of the game before the chamber. does that keycard do anything?

Any idea on where all the expired products are? I can only find 3 of them.
