You need a VOX pack that supports the callouts, the addon does nothing on its own.

for some reason my callouts arent working, i have the l4d2 vox on and the gui has the on as well.

suggestion, being able to spot weapons like l4d2, maybe by looking at a weapon and pressing E while far away from it.

Quick update, might've figured out the MP issues. I'll tinker with it a little more, but so far I'm at least happy with the result.

ledge callouts dont work properly in MP, specifically if a player is nearby the player hanging on a ledge. It keeps looping the "ledhaninitial" callout.
