I did not know you map too. Few things i noticed. Clip the stairs so walking on them isn't so jumpy. The doors are missing sound when they open. I'm not sure if this is on purpose. Also you should "hide" the doors that cannot be opened. Put some boxes in front of them or something else so players won't go touching them open for nothing.

At the swimming pool, you have carpet texture on the stairs going into water. Looks a bit odd. The same carpet is also used on the stairs between the shower area and the smaller pool that is empty.

CT spawn building 3-part windows have no frames. It looks a bit odd also if you shoot only 1 glass. Other than that, i didn't caught any issues with it so far. Nice work.
