Hey Sly, in map #4, the 9th player and so on still got kicked. It seems that the fixed string table only apply for up to 8 player. No issues for 8+ survivors on the other maps though.

The only difference between this and the original is stringtables were added for map 4.

For anyone asking: I think this fixes the escape sequence where bots could accidentally kill themselves in the original by falling off.
