Hmm, such buildings were usually painted with darker colours at the bottom. I tried inverting it and it looked strange to me. Maybe if they were uniform... But then I approached the limit of skins in an item, I'd have to make another one.

Would be nice to get some skins that change the top half of the building to a very different colour, like a nice brown.
