The lack of a memory dump suggests the game is running out of memory, so yeah, I have no idea. The game is 32-bit, which has a limit of 4gb of RAM, but surely that particular PVS isn't singlehandedly using up that much, right?

Well I defeated the glitch by noclipping to the house in the snow and theirs NOTHING THERE! Just some snow piled up on the left side and nothing else! So what's up with the glitch then?

I'm getting the crash as well. Opening the map in Hammer reveals an invalid solid, but there are no errors regarding the house. Noclip doesn't crash. No error message occurs, and no memory dump is left behind, suggesting it's a memory issue, but this seems illogical.

Recompiled the map, skipping Vrad and running Vvis on fast. This fixed the crash but broke the visleafs. Only one visgroup would load at a time unless I was out of bounds.

My best guess is that the house is at an unsafe angle that might be breaking visgroups or lighting, but that's just a guess.

not sure if this is the map but the game crashes when approaching the house in the snow area. I had no mods enabled except for the map.
