Hello! I downloaded this yesterday but for some odd reason, it is not showing up anywhere. Am I looking in the wrong place?

1 teradyne is 1 trillion dynes. the formula to convert dynes to newton m/s is 10^-7 and converts to 400 MW.

the voyagers core maximum output is 4,000 teradynes per second. a dyne is 0ne times ten to the negative fifth newtons. i dont know how to convert that into watts.

for those interested in the lore; the warp core is only part of the ships engines. its primary function is the production of plasma which powers the ships many systems. the actual Warp engines are a set of metal "vanes" in the nacelles. exposing these to plasma creates the gravity distortions known as a warp field. it could also be argued as not strictly nesesary for the ship to have a warp core. only a sufficiant means of plasma generation is required. a prime example would be the the very first warp ship; the pheonix. it carried preprocessed plasma magnetically suspended in a fuel cell. this along with not having a recollection sytem gave it a very short flight time. i could go on about this for a bit longer but i'd have to explain a bit about the evolution of starships within the star trek universe.

@drmskr that is not possible as a block can only work in a single role like reactor, gravity gen or engine but you can use this core to power a warpdrive (fast charging jumpdrives would work well for that) that is also the way how that core works in star trek

Can you also add in the ability for it to act as a warp drive?

True, true and we love you for it. But yeah, if you ever get the chance, she needs tweaking. Such a classic mod shouldn't ever go out of style

Hell I think all my mods where first made back in like 2013 for this game back when there was only like 5 people moding this game.

you also have to think I built almost all my mods long before there was even mod support on steam. And i just really haven't had time to even mess with them in a long time

Sadly both this and the defiant warpcore need to be at least 20X the power of a vanilla reactor to make em work... which would require rebalincing fuel usage and cost to rediculous levels

1.2 gw? Man, this thing can't even account for 80s time travel!

can we have it updated for current release - nicelly please :) and so it would cost more adequate to power it provides - more reactor components and more superconducting circuits :)

Ooh. I like it. :) However....I think this should be split up into two blocks, and making one half of it a warp drive, as it's meant to be. That, or you could mod voyager nacelles that have the warp function.

Awsome mod is the warp plasma colorable? Personaly im a Borg fan when it comes to Startrek and would love to see some Borg modifications to the warpcore (would also help with the balancing of the RP scene too)

I'm currently working on my own Mining-Ship, and I also use Warp-Cores and Warp-Nacelles to maneuver it.

Flori just add more cores... There are tons of places you could hide cores on star trek ships.

the power of this warpcore is too low my star trek vessels usual needs a minimum of 1GW can you please make another version with 1gw or more power?

I Can't seem to place this guy, its green, enough space... can't place it. I have only ever been abled to place it on top of a thruster... witch is a bit of a problem.. :/

can you create the Enterprise E Warbcore?

tell me why can there be star trek warp core's but not star trek thruster's? that would make star trek ship able to work without thruster damage turned off and also have much better acceleration to boot I am just curious about that one

what about the enterprise D's warp core which made power in the tera watt range whens that one coming out?
