I figured out the issue. I was using the wrong ID when assigning the effect, AND testing it out on a mounted character. I forgot that's considered a different unit.

You have to also look at the effects and how they replace the missile weapons used by characters with other missile weapons.

I was trying to give these arrows to other heroes that use bow and arrows like Ulrika.

@kaldreth You mean make Spellweavers, Spellsingers and Branchwraiths use enchanted arrows? You can't because of they lack the animation to fire missile weapons so even if you give it to them, they can't use it.

What changes would I need to make so other heroes can get these arrows? I managed to figure out how to assign the skill point selection and ancillaries to other characters, yet I can't figure out why the characters don't get the equipped arrows in combat.

Would that day by any chance be Saturday, November 23rd, 2024 AD? :P

@Neil I removed the link from the description. I don't know what happened to the guy who ported the mod. He appears to have dropped off the face of the earth. Maybe I'll port it some day.

Hey man, do you know what happened to the mod (linked in description) for normal units, please? It was by far my favourite as it was less OP than other options on the workshop,. and thematically married well with this mod.

@Nerevarine That mod was created by someone else and they've done other mods in TWW3 so maybe they'll port it eventually.

Awesome mod. Any plans on doing the same on the units too? There was a similar mod for WH2 but was never ported to WH3 unforunately. Thanks for your work!
