I grew up in Spring Hill, a neighborhood up on the top of the hill just to the left of that building on Madison Avenue in the thumbnail above. that exit shown on the thumbnail (East Street and Spring Garden Avenue) was my home exit (2B, formally 8B) on 279 when going home. Please, when you're done @Gaseous Stranger, make the final save-game public via a downloadable mod on the workshop. I would love, love, love, to explore it!

I was kind of expecting a building like this being uploaded on the steam workshop. I love Pittsburgh assets, thank you for posting this. I might use it for a future build.

@vic.foras Rename the building itself. Same place where you would normally find the stats such as number of workers. It doesn’t matter what the new name you choose is, it’s a sub-building and the sign will disappear if the name is changed

Do more Buildings in Pittsburgh and I add my K&L Gates Center in my collection. I might see One Oxford Centre EQT Plaza Citizens Bank Center Gulf Tower Grant Building Koppers Tower Federate Center PNC Plaza One PNC Plaza Two and the Westinghouse Tower.
