The difference between this mod and the edited version is the edited version automatically picks up weapons that you already have.

try the new version I made, this one is no longer updated
and use console command : sv_manualpickup_disablehold 0 in the new version

Tested Simplyfied one.

Same problem as with the old good Manual Weapon Pickup once was: if you drop your weapon 2 times, it's ignored and picked up automatically. This sucks

or you can use the weapon replacer I mentioned to disable specific weapon pickups

if you turn on both weapon and item manual pickup and dont pick up weapons, it might do a similar thing
but this doesnt have function to disable all weapon pickups

i'd like to be able to pick up JUST items, not weapons, is this possible? i hate having dead npc weapons in my inventory but i do want ammo and vials

Could you possibly add "sv_manualweaponpickup_weaponlimit" and "sv_manualweaponpickup_weaponlimitswap" from Manual Weapon Pickup or "non-vmanip one" as you cal it. It was a very useful feature to me.

Yep. I spawn with no weapons if sv_manualweaponpick_aim is set to 0 (it's the aim command not the main one, sorry for the confusion)

Correction: You have to disable it to recreate the issue, while enabling fixes it

I think It's worth to mention that this addon seems to conflict with the Custom Loadout addon. I have to disable sv_manualweaponpickup for me to be able to spawn with my chosen weapons. Are you are able to fix this?
