When built you could place it any ware without.... Pasture, cliff, mountain top and Cims would come. I have not played for awhile and Considering the game developers killed 248 of my mods I am not sure if this has been changed in the way things work.

@Chiznich no, unfortunately not. Since this asset doesn't require DLC, otherwise people wouldn't be able to get there. Only with the Parks DLC can assets be docked on pedestrian paths.
