I would try making the default BLU side textures more akin to the Spy's suit, but not to a point where the paint can would have no visual difference.

Not just Summer. Its also tagged as Halloween. so it could still end up being added on Halloween.

Nice pun, and strikingly nice cosmetic for an object head, truthfully that gimmick has seen a ton of use to the point where it's almost worn out.
If you would like to make a more accessible version of something like this that may perhaps have more longevity when it comes to outfit mixing & matching, I'd definitely pursue a "Teacher" pyro cosmetic set. You'd be the first, and it'd look cool for sure, especially in your artstyle!
Oddly enough, Global Warming has my vote. Thanks for the submission!
