according to the description that writen by chinese , this mod doesn't meant for nurgle 、Ogre Camps and some latest factiong building, but the good news is , now the Dark Elves can use the slave instead the gold to accelerate the process , and the author promise in the future some faction can use they special resource to get in done ( like slave to the Dark Elves )

Now that I've played this mod, if you want to build it right away, you're not using gold, you're using the unique resources of each species (Empire = Priestige, Dwarf = Blacksmith Gold, etc.).
