if im not wrong, cesium-134 has a half-life of only 2 years, so it's going away pretty quick. don't worry. it'll be long gone by next year.

I found out how to change the language. In the stool menu, select the addon, then click the checkmark with the language in parentheses, restart the map, and it should be in english!

It definitely needs to bug-fixing when it comes to certain add-on interactions, like DRGbase NPCs, and such, but overall this is just really cool.
