You've made a bit of a mess in the modinfo file
1. saved it as a .txt file (should be .json)
2. misspelled "moreslugcats" in requirements
3. forgot the quotation marks in requirements_names

BUT there is a gate room in drainage,but it does not have an entrance ingame,but the room exists,you may get in the region like that
