In my opinion the tax collector is buggy, it's a building you can build in any city and when you build it you suffer a penalty equal to 5% of the entire population of unhappiness.
If your empire has a population of 1000 citizens every time you build it you will have 50 points of unhappiness for each city that built it, if the cities are 100 you get 5000 of unhappiness.

It's fkin stupid roman units have 50% penalty in forest. It makes sense for phalanx, but any other roman unit just makes it unplayable.

I mean, I'm a history major who took Roman studies because I adore Rome, both the Republic and the Empire. It's not hard to get me to download a mod dealing with Rome. But... damnit, you managed. Congradulations.

I found the "give me money for a mod" schtick a little crass, but I played around with modding a while. It takes a lot of work, especially if you don't have much programming background. I wouldn't hate on anyone for trying to do something creative and fun for others at no cost - even if they don't continue..

Hannibal you might have to re-sync with Steam to address your issue. I had a similar problem.

ADVICE! Purchase sslaves in captured cities and then raze them. Siege Capitals to reduce population and then do not allow them to grow. For religion go mass happiness and spread! Good Luck! I made it to 150 AD before unhappiness set in. Danube area is a nuisance!!! Only capture city states if you need a staging area, eg. Asia Minor. Use Religion!! Mod is awesome, but so unbalance in late game.

Amazing Mod! Just invested way yoo much time in it. I didn't even have all the DLC and I just muscled through because it was so amazing. 10 AD my empire fell apart and went into open rebellion, but I had destroyed the Alemmani, Gauls, Goths and the Carthaginians. AMAZING! Please update!

This is my favorite mod for Sid Meier's Civilization V. It's truly the best mod I've ever played and it's a great shame that it's not beeing updtated anymore :( Like and Favorite from me ;)

Turn 200 and I still can't take my neighbor's cities. Why are there no seige weapons? Also, the workers take FOREVER to make anything. 27 turns for a farm. Other than that, epic mod

As far as I can tell I've got all the available DLC (GnK, BNW, Conquest of the New World & Ghengis Khan's Mongolia) is there anything missing? It indicates on some screens that required DLC is missing.

This is a really nice mod that contains what was missing on CIV5. After having played some hours and build the ''Circus Maximus'' the I cant boost my happines no more either get the +20 happinnes out of that building. Could you fix that?
