i deleted all my addons and redownloaded i probably had a facemap mod that confilicted with this all good now

I just checked every .vmt file and everything seems to be fine and it works fine for me. I have no idea what is causing this sorry

yes i tried everything i know restart the game redownload the addon and restart and mat_reloadtextures

Then you must have a conflicting addon installed. Open the console and type "whereis models/barney.mdl" that should show you what addon is barney.mdl is at

@Doomynator420 I messed up some textures accidentaly. it should work fine now

Is it possible to make one that is just barney?
