this is already a great execution as is, what you are suggesting would make the war paint way too busy.

Also maybe custom wears that reveal different colors kinda like how these popsicles have different layers hiding underneath would be a cool idea!

This is a decent concept, but I think the execution could use some work. I like that you incorporated the wood of the popsicle stick I think you should try and make that a bigger focus. Those sticks normally break and leave splintered little pieces of wood so something like that that can give it a bit more depth. Also, the colors look solid, but I think maybe filling in more of that white and maybe making it feel less flat. That greyish texture couple be replaced with something that looks like a wrapper with a nice sheen. Like I said good concept and good effort overall, but I think it can be a LOT more with some extra touches!
