Removing first and last " from line 18 fixes the error. So basically it should read like:

Like Pensie mention, the hair .vmts should be updated to fix the same issue as Niko's mod. They are missing a bracket at the end.

I think I know what you mean - when the beard is translucent but the head remains shaded. It's unfixable, in which case I need to knock out hair transparency - it's a bug for all survivors, a source engine bug. But then each character's hair would resemble a cube, clearly no better than hair translucency.

can you fix the glowing beard when bill is near police light?

I don't know if Better bile is a required mod for this but this mod is great thanks.
