the idea is flawed
the execution is terrible
and paint regions make it looks even worse (piss mountaint? really?)
if this gets added into tf2 im asking for a refund

It still looks strange, but the idea is good. As a suggestion, I would tell you to make the hat look more like leather. It looks like plastic.
