In my opinon, i don't see a problem that the hat itself is paintable, as it does not cover up any parts that would mess with team recognition. and i personally just think it would look boring just having the puff being paintable.

But ah well, we all have different opinions. we don't nessecarily need to have the same ones.

Very nice, but I feel like this is already in the game with the Tam O' Shanter looking very similar. Also changing the paint color to the puffy stuff on the top would be a better choice IMO to preserve the team color aspect of the hat.
