Not sure about the word "VETERAN" on the hat, but I do like everything else.

I would probably replace the word with maybe a medal (perhaps in a similar design of Gentle Manne's Service Medal) in the middle of the two rockets.

It would probably require some drop shadow or something to make it stand out in the middle of the rockets, though.

It's well produced but I'm confused on the theme overall. On one hand PTSD says everything anyone needs to know about the cosmetic. However I think it's somewhat diminished by the cohesive lack of a strong visual motif. I'm not saying that everyone doesn't have an idea of what a PTSD vet looks like, it's just what you created doesn't follow through on guiding people into your visual representation. In other words, I think the name is great, but the execution is too generic.
