anyone know the fix for the brakes? the car wont slow down and connot get the brakes to lock up at all.

The brakes should be able to lock right at threshold. They should though. What is your pedal strength in rF2?

Is it realistic that the brakes cant lock up at all? i was trying out the car at new jersey Motorsports park and i had the pedal on the floor and it just didn't stop

Hi, @md71. We'd love to do some Euro stock car/oval content. However, we're deeply queued on some other projects at the moment. We'll see about adding in the not too distant future.

Okay, ran the cars last night after the recent update, they are much, much quicker now, heck I can barely keep up! Great job. Just an update for anyone following this mod and have not tried since the update.

Thanks for the comments everyone. @Sinarca, we'll take a look. First time hearing that one but it sounds like it might be related to a specific car/livery. Try loading with just one car and see if it gives the same error. If so, you may need to go through them and see which one is which. When you unsubscribed, did you start rF2 to uninstall before resubscribing? That'll be necessary to clear the old files.

Unsubscribe and re suscribe do not change anithing. I use old UI game, but I do not think the problem is this

@V.AZHURE Thank you for the feedback. We will be working on the AI for a later update. It appears that just the wing mirrors are not adjustable. We have a solution for this which will be in the next update. Basically we will make the spot mirrors not adjustable while the wing mirrors are as this is how they are in real life.

Very unique driving feel, very engaging and involving, this mod feels more dialed in and challenging but at the same time accessible than two of the cars that are a pay mod on another unnamed sim. Much prefer these and can feel the differences between the 3 cars in this mod. This is a great effort and very much appreciated. The effort put in and the consulting with the real drivers and teams really shows. Well done! Many thanks!

@Chris Freeman try unsubscribing, restarting rF2, let it uninstall, and then resubscribe. This clears most issues. If it still crashes, try verifying your game files. You may also need to uninstall other versions of the mod if you ran in CMS or the Downunder series.

As for the engines, the Choice is practically used by all teams in the championship. It's also a universal engine which makes it useful for trying out and comparing the different models. In fact, regulations are basically making it so bespoke engines won't really be allowed in the future. But, because this period of TA2 still allows them, we wanted to make sure that those engines were still represented for drivers who want to use them. They are still all balanced with one another so drivers and league organizers can choose to restrict to just the Choice or leave all the options open.

You nailed it to 100%.
But pls make the AI faster.
They is too slow.

I am puzzled as to why you would craft a unique engine for each car and then make the "choice" engine the default. It would be better to let the different brands be different IMHO.

The windshield in the #12 Speedlogix Challenger is very foggy. It needs the alpha value set to match the other cars.

@JERACERX This seems to be a general rF2 bug introduced with the last patch, I'm afraid.

Running into an issue where the AI doesn't put enough fuel in the car to do quali laps, this is on both mod and official track after running a 25 minute practice session for them.

@Shoestring and @Manfredk2kpr thank you for the kind words. We haven't spent as much time focusing on dialing in the AI yet as we've been heavily into some other modding work. We are hoping to address this in an update. If there are any AI experts out there that want to update talent files and such, we're more than happy to include the work.
