报告翻译问题
yeah it kinda makes sense to just leave it out for the incap panel but i like to leave it in my huds anyway just for the sake of the convenience of everyone else who prefers
to divert their attention to the center of the screen as much as possible
I managed to circumvent/avoid a lot of the bugs/caveats you mentioned just by not putting CRHB support in the localplayerpanel_incap.res file.
Since, in my head, you technically have 0 HP anyway, and you probably have another HUD mod telling you the incapped health in some way, I figured you don't need to see a radial health bar while you're downed.
Since I didn't yoink your assets though and I only added support for the framework, I still have the issue that temp HP shows up as normal HP.

I added support for your CRHB mods in my own HUD mod that I've been working on for a while, just because I like the idea of having a circular health bar once in a while.
