reason: this mod simply adds books. i don't know if they can be read on their own but they'd likely not DO anything. the dependency isn't a requirement if it works on its own, but what's a skill book without the skill related to it?
so having the main mod be the dependency ensures THIS mod works as intended. make sense?

No. They increase the XP Boost like all the other Skillbooks do.
