Doesnt work for me for some reason. Odd. Road to 56, and MD versions work just fine.

could you also changed the cv wing size to 12, it keeps cutting my cv air wing sin half and screwing up my organization

@Baren I would change the transports to 12 but sadly the way HOI IV is coded prevents that. Any number less than 50 for transport planes seems to block them from being used.
