Her dress is actually the same sprite as her body.
Her body sprite is NPC_636

Hey just a quick question. Im trying to create my own resource pack but i am having trouble trying to find the file fore her hands, dress, wings, and projectiles. It says that you improved the dress so I was wondering where you found them in the files. Thanks!

I thought it sounds cool, but decided against integrating it into the pack itself so people wouldn't have to use it if they want just the sprites.

The Empress's mask is from another texture pack called "Redone EOL Mask" made by mzov, so if you want to use it, you should go ahead and install it too :)

Yep, that is correct! I really liked their version of EoL and used it as a source of inspiration, mainly for the face expression. The main scope of this little project was to do something similar, but keep it vanilla-esque.
I pointed it out in the description and left the link for F&A pack as well for anyone who would like to see their version of the Empress and choose what is best for them.

By any chance were you inspired by Foundry&Alchemy's Empress of Light resprite? I'm noticing a few similarities between this one and the F&A one

I LOVE Vanilla+ packs, and this one is no different. Really good design tweak
