@Hanabi - I would hold off on updating your food-based mods for now in any case. The last few updates Indie Stone have been adding in lore-based versions of IRL drinks and snack to the vanilla game.

@WindPiercer I believe Red Bull is the only one that provides a fatigue boost. No, none of the highly caffeinated sodas have any kind of fatigue boost.

Doctor Thunder and the Diet variety sodas, however, are 0 calories, so you can diet (heh) on them if you find enough of them to sustain yourself.

Honestly? Wish I could see a accurate 1990 texture mod for this.

You probably have other mods enabled to where they're overwriting the icon files. The can should just be a regular can according to the mod images.

heads up, i believe Root Beer may be using the wrong icon - it's a .3 encumbrance can 3d model but the icon is i think a full size Cola bottle instead.

is there a list of all the drinks and could show me what the drinks do. For example the red bull could reduce fatigue. Is there other drinks like that?

yep, the Russian translation does not work, but if you rename it back to ItemName_RU and Recipes_RU, then everything works

Weird oddity we found in this mod: Emptying a crystal pepsi will give you an empty bottle - but specifically one from this mod, meaning they are completely useless and cannot be used for crafting anything that requires a regular empty water or pop bottle.
I guess the same applies to the empty tin cans, these could theoretically be replaced with the vanilla empty tin can item. This could then have the crush can and subsequent recycling added on to it. Just so your items aren't as insular anymore.

yes regular sodas will still spawn, but if you have the modoptions you can change it so they will not spawn @reiner alkohol

Love mods that add food, always feel more cozy with more food in my base because i can just sit and eat while watching and listening to stuff hehe

To everyone who sees this, now that my finals are over I will be trying to finish up the snack mod I have been working on. If any of you have any recommendations for that mod or any more for this soda mod please let me know. I plan to add one more soda when I have time that being Ski. @Hawkeyes make sure you enable the mod directly on the savefile, not in the mods tab section of the menu or it won't be in your world
