Also work irl is thick, I don't have the time. But I don't want to give up the mod and will update it eventually.

Animation .xml files were changed and the devs might keep changing them during the unstable phase. I'll update when B42 stable version is released.

could be an incompatibility with the archery mod since i was using the bow when it stopped working no idea as of yet, results are inconsistent

Decrease the value of that variable and try. It should affect other running sneak running animations as well.
But I could be wrong, it has been so long since I worked on this mod.
