In regards to the grenade launcher, I'll dabble around with some other sounds

There's a mod for SS4 which does just that for the double barrel though to use it for Siberian Mayhem you'd have to drag some files around.

I might ask for permission to use the sounds for an addon but we'll see

I like how powerful the shooting sound is now, but I wouldn't want the Single Shotgun sounding stronger than the Double Barrel Shotgun (unless you wanna mod the DBS sounds too). That's just me, though.
Also, the insert grenade sound is perhaps too mechanical?
