Actually a great update, a few new moves and feels a lot better because of it, the only thing I'd change is the fact he has no actual guard break moves. God bless!

I tried this a couple times and it felt pretty balanced but demon windmill shuriken need to be nerfed somehow.

thanks for the feedback I actually fixed a lot of the hitstun and damage stuff in the latest update though if issues still persist feel free to tell me

Was gonna complain about hitstun but nah his combos are just fine, it's pretty easy to juggle once you get going. Good work, you captured some of the Storm 4 things pretty well, solid char

most of his moves dont really stun long enough for you to follow up efficiently
