I ended up just making an alternate version where the eyes are black, that way you can keep the ears the same color as the fur while still being able to see the eyes while they are open on any character. thanks for all the help!

thanks for the quick responses. i do like the ears moving, i just want the eyes to stay the same haha. i might edit it myself like you said though, i will just keep the ears as-is so they still work the way you made them, but make the eyes stay closed.

If I have time and motivation, I might update the mod and include that suggestion. The eyes work that way so that the ear moves when open and closed; Its a feature of the sprite!

Whoever I actually recomment you to edit the files to your liking meanwhile: Finding the folder this mod is in (inside the "workshop" subfolder on steam) and opening the face.png of the curly saint set; Then erasing the ears and saving (and possibly editing the open eyes to closed ones, too)

when you color the eyes differently it also changes the color of the ears, which looks strange. could you make another version of the Curly Saint's face that only has a static image of the eyes being closed? I wanted to use that face for the pup

The fluffy saint is intended to be used as saint (as the eye expressions changes happen because you are playing saint - it's coded in that this slugcat has their eyes closed in most situations). As for color, you should change the color of the eyes to any other color that is different from the body's. They are white by default (just like the body) so that you can color it freely!

hi, when i try to use the fluffy saint face, the "serene eyes" don't appear the way they do in the gif above. if i make them the same color as the slugcat's fur, the eyes completely disappear and only show briefly when blinking, or closing the eyes for other reasons.

@Zomet I have a forum for sprite suggestions! If I ever decide to add some suggestion sprites, it's better to post them there as I might loose it in comments

@Zacstep A couple of things you can do:
Put "Asymetry" on off. All of the tails in this pack were made without this option in mind.
"Roundness" should be high, while lenght and width can be regulated to your desired size. The bigger the size, the better the tail will look, at the tradeoff of the tailsize itself. Play with the three values until you reach something you like!

My slug cat looks so weird compared to the ones in the gifs :(

Also, invtheorist made some fanart of one of the skins in this! I used it for the thumbnail in the video ^^

First you will go on the Remix Menu and put both this and Dress My Slugcat as active mods. Then you will have a new button on your main menu saying "Get Fancy". From there you can figure out :)

Turn custom tail size "on" and thinker around with the configurations of size for the tail. Bigger tails and with bigger "rounding" tend to show sprite detailing ebtter; Such as tails with fur!

What should I do if the tail is not fluffy?

Go on "Get Fancy", select your prefered slugcat to play, go on "tail" and tick "Custom Tail Size" and go wild with the lenght, wight and rounding bars!

And there is! These files are found in the "Workshop" folder on your steam folder. There will be numbered folders which indicate Rainworld, and then indicate mods you downloaded for rainworld.

Best way to find which one of the downloaded mods it is, is to unsubscribe and then subscribe from my mod, and then go into that folder and shrot by "newest". You forced Steam to download the files again, so they should be newest at the top :>

For the back, it is from the Fluffback head sprite! When you go in crouching mode, it will show in the back ^^ You need to use the head sprite for the effect to show.

As for the tail, Dress My Slugcat has tail size configuration! So you should just make the tail bigger in lenght and in width and experiment around with the sliders until you are satisfied with the tail

This mod is dope

First you need to make sure that Dress My Slugcat and my pack (or any other packs you want to use) are enabled on the Remix menu,

On the main menu you will press the option "get fancy", and on there you are able to select what slugcat you want to dress, what body part and what sprites from the ones you have.

I can't get this mod to work, I have dress my slugcat installed but I can't see these sprites in the cat customisation menu?

Yes, some sets do not have all bodyparts (you can use the defaults, pieces from other sets inside my pack or pieces from other DMS mod packs).
