Yeah, these are similar but there a few minor differences. The most noticeable one is that the EZ2 version doesn't have a C17 logo on its back.

I don't know if its because of Half-Life Resurgence or something, but after installing this and Resurgence, the Metrocop ragdoll's leg just goes through the head of the Metrocop

Is there a chance to add the chief metrocop skin (metrocop with red eyes and pant) to the skin section (when you press C and choose skin and choose skin 2 to chief cp and The 3rd skin will be non-glow eye metrocop ) please?

Probably because both override the metrocop_sheet.vmt file.

I found why reskin not working because your mod and Entropy : Zero: Uprising SNPCs (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2962727765&searchtext=entropy+zero) having conflict

It is straight ported from Entropy : Zero 2. i got into the ez2 files and got the textures from there

Did you try restarting? If that doesn't work you probably have another addon that overrides Metropolice's texture
