Finally!! someone with balls to make a 24 tpy :) I love rome and really would like to leisurely build my empire without worrying of experiencing an abrupt end. 24 tpy quenches my thirst for a long roman military campaign :)

That's really impressive, should put up some notices at different sites for some recruitment drives. Maybe even get in touch with a journalist or PC gaming site to advertise the mod and the ideals, it does happen sometime.

Anyways, keep up the good work! You all seem to know what you're doing. :)

This is to everyone, keep in mind that this is a working paper so to speak and not meant as a full AAW modification. Soon you will see some placeholders for texts, icons and so on that need to be added in future. So it will be a modification under constant change / construction. Hence, this is really only meant for beta testers and people interested to sneak a peek about what we are doing and how advanced we are already. We will gladly answer all of your questions.

Glad to be of service, yes we have plans and goals. This journey will be a long one! The plan is to carry forward and preserve the legacy of Roma Surrectum II.

We currently work on the campaign framework (this will take a lot of time since it will be the large scale foundation of this mod and most probably one of the most extensive foundations seen so far).

So some milestones in distant future will be:

- New Campaign Framework 217 BC
- New Campaign Map 217 BC
- New Factions 217 BC
- New Faction Rosters
- New Faction Buildings
- New Faction Edicts and Technologies
- New Land Warfare Balancing
- New Naval Warfare Balancing
- New Campaign Balancing
- New Abilities, Formations and more.
+ improving v0.05

Our team is very small and we struggle with recruiting, so this all can take months if not years if we are not able to increase our crew number.

Keep up the good work, been following the AAW collection and am impressed with every new addition you've revealed so far. What are your overall plans with this series of mods? Is there a goal you are striving to achieve? Thanks again.

It's most probably a coincidence + Patch 14 introduced some new pathfinding issues with that improved siege AI. Might be that. The current Authentic Ancient World modifications do not add any content that might cause lag or cause FPS drops (yet).

One thing, my game lags quite a bit more than it already does with this mod activated. I dont know if it is a coincidince or my computer sucks but just something I noticed.

This is still a WIP, it is here only for testing purposes. That being said, expect more to come soon. The problem why we have not redone the research or building types or anything else is because we will redo the entire technology and buildings tree. This will take months for sure consider how small our team is at the moment.

Thanks for the kind words. Yes, this is indeed a work in progress so a lot of things will be changed in the course of the upcoming weeks.

Like the idea of 12 TPY. Gives a greater feeling of developing your faction over time. 4x months of spring, winter summer etc graphics creates a more believeable world. Just need to increase the research so you get meaning full use out of units before they become obsolete. When research is to quick it diminishes the value earnt. I will be watching to see what this grows in to. Good luck.
