The game is available for PC, I just installed it and got the files from there.

where did you get the World of mayhem files to extract them?

Do you mean in Gmod or how do I rip them?
For Gmod, hold C in-game and click the "Change Model" button to bring up the playermodel menu.
I've been ripping these models by using AssetStudio (World of Mayhem uses Unity) and exporting files from the game.
