This is what I need, pawns always fighting until one is downed, and once they are back up, they never go and pick their weapon back up, having their weapon left outside on the floor until it's mostly deteriorated

This seems to be working fine in 1.5. I got tired of my colonists getting into fistfights over every insult, burning through 100+ medicine a year fixing my morons up, only to have them all hate each other anyway that I went ahead and re-enabled the 1.4 version of this. Since then, it's been a whole year and a half and haven't had a single social fight.

That's a good idea for a mod, but I don't really have the skills to do it, it would take more than XML.

Could you please make another version that only weaken social fights? Like make the social fights only consists of less than 5 fist hitting. The social fights are understandable, after all, such things often happen in real life, but usually not as fierce as those in Rimworld. Consider this, the colonists that struggled together against the nature and enemies, they see each other day and night. How could they be so cruel to others in social fights?

Today I had a pregnant colonist beaten within inches of her life. I personally think that if a colonist is pregnant then they should be exempt from social fights. I was horrified to see her bleeding out on our floor while the culprit just strolled casually away as if she hadn't just tried ending the lives of a baby and it's mother. Anyway, since there's no mod to prevent only pregnant women from being beat up, thank you! I'd rather have no fights than have my pregnant colonist getting beat up. :lunar2019piginablanket:

Colonist spent four days in bed due to multiple bruises because they had a fight with a hulking miner with the brawler trait and high melee rating. Seriously, this mod is needed. Thank you.
