this is kinda cool, but the color choice of teal and red is like asking the entire team recognition cultists to mass dislike the warpaint

I think its neat, but because it is not incredible, it doesnt really excuse the lack of team recognition yk?

I think its cool but separate it and make it team colored maybe a like lighter version of of the color to not make too bland with the main one

Yeah I agree with the comment below, and I aslo belive that the main texture is a little to busy. A suggestion I give is to make the main texture bigger (maybe, maybe lock the orientation) and make a team color version, where the RED side uses red and orange triangles and the BLU side uses blue and yellow triangles. Again, thats a suggesation.

Seeing both red and blue like this in the same warpaint doesn't feel right
