According to the LW Mod Compatibility page, you'd need to disable LWOTC's Pistol Slot in order to make them work together. Since this mod requires Proficiency Pistol Slot, you'd likely need to do this.

I personally don't know much about LWOTC, but I see no reason it should not work.

@KnoxAHHHHHHHHH Gonna hold my hand up and admit a mistake. It's not CWCR2 that has Travel Light in it, it's in the Modpocalypse Perk Pack. https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2936550132 Feel free to use that one as a requirement. You'll need to seperately list Dedicated Pistol Slot as a requirement too then. I'm going to be updating Prof Pistol Slot Plugin to use the MemePP version of Travel Light also.

Just a heads up, I am planning on releasing my Travel Light and sidearm claymore as a standalone mod which will then be requirements for both previous mods (prof pistol slot plugin and cwcr) this will fix the compat issue. Once it's done I'll leave a link here so you can update the requirements.

LWS_Stormrider is also the Stormrider Ported Back Mod from Tedster
@kinsect Stormrider Mods have no xcompistolslot.ini, so i dont think they have the slot

Thanks, it's also a hard conflict as cwcr2 has its own version of travel light with different stats (+1 not +2) which iirc uses the same template name.

Bounty Hunter already has Travel.Light support via Covert War Class Redux 2.0. Also it would have been nice to have been credited properly.
