Wish there was a mod to remove bad pills altogether.

@Invisible_Frame Power Pill does the same exact thing but better (allowing you to damage enemies in the process). Feel free to remove it from the list, though.

@Kingcaca64 (24/100) While I can admit this is not something I ever considered when making this, I cannot justify keeping these pills in the game just for a single specific, highly-situational, usually detrimental item.

I don't actually know how this would affect False PHD, however I don't see the item in 99% of my runs, and on the rare occasion that I do, I actively decide to avoid it. So, I suppose if you're an avid fan of False PHD, please don't install this mod as it will likely ruin your interactions with it.

Any pill that doesn't proc an effect when used with False PHD is considered a neutral pill by the game. Some of these pills give you a back heart when used with False PHD, which can make the item a bit worse.
