I've looked repeatedly into this and there is nothing wrong inside the addon. I'll try updating it and hope it fixes it not showing up in the spawn menu

Same here, i tried having this and its requirements be the only thing installed and it still did not show up

That's an issue on your end. I've never had this issue. Not sure how you'd fix it other than file validation. It can be found under [LVS] Star Wars

It won't appear in the Q menu. (I have the required addons.)
