Loving the Health+ mod, it’s been a great addition to our server.
Just wanted to flag a small MP issue: players near someone with the Crazy trait are also hearing the hallucinated voices, even if they don’t have the trait. It’s caused some confusion in our roleplay server.
Not sure if it’s fixable, but figured I’d let you know. Appreciate the work you’ve put into the mod!

It would be nice to know though how often do I need to take antibiotic water or other medicine.

I also like that smoking now is extremely debilitating, causing diminished lung functionality. I was overweight in high school, but could still run actual laps around the thin smoker kids as their lungs are just caked up with crud. would be neat if smoking reduces appetite, a way to counter the hearty appetite trait (trading one problem for another, if you ask me).
Tooth decay, inflammation of tooth roots, inflammation of gums, breaking of teeth in combat or accidents...
It could seriously reduce the eating speed, cause immense pain, possibly severely reduce the ability to eat at all...
Going as far as infections growing into life threatening issues causing lasting fever, giving you prone to sickness traits, massively increasing the chance of other bacterial or viral diseases...
I can barely think of anything worse than a root infection in the apocalypse.
