This is such a beautiful and simple wallpaper. I don't understand why it doesn't have a better rating. It has a decent range of options to choose from, the fish design is simple but has enough detail to entertain the eyes. It moves but not so much that it's obnoxious, the fish's movement is nice and feels natural and it's very well optimized running at a smooth 30 to 40 fps on my shitty laptop.

This is one of the hidden gems of Wallpaper Engine.
