Full clean install required.
navigate to the mod folder located at:
Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1158310\2960153137 and just delete it. The launcher will redownload.
Other thing I noticed is that the decision to found the Kingdom of Ireland doesn't grant you de jure land over Ireland (which I feel is weird, since English counterpart does), and it would be cool if this decision checked the cultural heritage in conditions, rather than particular cultures.
And btw I can't imagine how much time going over the whole map had to take, so mad respect for the mod.
Makes certain provinces more important and valuable.
