BUG Report: There is an issue with the firing animation of the German army's 210 artillery position. When the artillery fires, the barrel cannot rotate upwards and the shells do not come out of the muzzle.

Do you know if this happens in Vanilla? There is very little changed between my mod & the original. Just some extra abilities.

I took a video of it and can post it to youtube, I am using the dak pak38, with the Realism Game Tuner, and playing multiplayer, I tried it in single player skirmish and it did not produce the same results.

Shall investigate, thanks for the report. I usually give them a few weeks to ballance & hotfix before I upgrade my mod, but shall look at obvious issues.

@ADLER the PAK38 shoots like a machine gun, I'm thinking something broke it with a patch, its really fun tho to use when you play german or stealing it when allies lol.

Axis rarely build Gun Emplacement such as Flak-36 Cannon, both teams wouldn't build any mortar units.

It is quite a different animal the US one, higher rate of fire, artillery etc etc... I can, but was a little worried for ballance.

If anyone looking at this mod but has yet to try it; Do so, it is a game changer and I doubt you will be disappointed.

I just looked at my game launch page and noted I've just hit 1,131 hours in game since the release of COH3, and I remember only covering 150 hours in the campaign. I hated the lack of zoom function in the campaign, and if not for this mod, as well as Nox's Realism Game Tuner, I doubt I'd have reached 300 hours in game.

Thank you Adler, for your dedicated work in both COH2 and 3.

It’s a mixed bag, some things that I had in the mid before the packs are in… things that I didn’t have in require the DLC. Things that I added like Pershing tanks, AT bunkers etc are available as they always were.

Question, If i get the dlc are the new units from those packs and defense emplacements incorporated into this mod for use? Would I have to play that specific new battle group to use the m2a1 howitzer team for example, or does it become build-able for the us faction from the start like the quad 50cal is now?

I have just uploaded another quick fix... I am still working on the grenades though... I do not know what they have done but it is a nightmare trying to get them going again. Have added a JagdPanzer IV to DAK.

Dorn, the 120mm Mortar Bunker is different from the 80mm. It only fires in a set arc. You can change the arc though. It is working for me.

US Grenades should be fixed. As are UK, just working through the Germans now.

DAK 120mm mortar bunkers are not firing mortars. Please could you add the correct motivation protocols and get the lazy bar stewards to start participating?

I have done a quick update to get the main bits working... still a lot to polish here. Please advise of anything broken as I will tackle that first. I am aware of the Germans being unable to throw demo packs.

With Battle Groups, they impact almost every unit (file) in the game, as in Infantry can now do this with this, so I need to add that to each file. It takes a bit. They seem to have broken some things like the satchel throwing... so I will do a quick fix, then a deep dive.

That Johnson is pretty powerful... shreds my Fallshirmjaegers. The good thing about the Johnson is you can swap them for bazookas & back if you need.

Some of that is related to a terrible mechanic they have added around the base buildings... they will continue to fire at an indestructible building ignoring even other units... I do hope that fix that.

Love this mod!!, Its not a mod Issue (base Game)....but the AI are excellent at forcing you back to base....terrible at finishing you off (going for the throat)

Increased build times & reduced costs to 25 for Mechanised & Panzer HQs for all nations. This is to give a more phased play that exists in the COH2 mods.
Corrected incorrect crew for a number of Team Weapons
Added 'Marder Sight-In' to more US &UK tanks
Fixed incorrect icon for Crusader tank
Added 'Shared Veterancy' to more US &UK tanks

Experianced a first yesterday, the AI En (DAC) launched a mass Halftrack assault, five vehicles full of troops launched into battle and attempted to dismount on my position, proper armoured infantry tactics.

Updated to account for Game 1.9.4 changes

Updated all abilities & experience changes
Fixed Heavy Artillery vet3 no barrage bug.

I haven't had time for much play-testing, so let me know if anything is not working right please... especially with the new abilities, as sometimes they block out access to important things.

Oh... in regard to munitions... I thought I had answered this. It wasnt an easy fix... in fact I can not find how they are doing it... I think it is scripted & outside my ability to mod. Sorry chief.

Hmmm that is an easy fix I think.... I sneaked that one straight from GER without tweaking sorry. It will be in next update. (I have to save a few things up for an update as it takes around 3-5 days for everyone to get the same version again... which causes chaos for multiplayer... so I try to keep the updates to a a minimum.

I too am loving DAK, I take great joy in how long my PzJgr I can last on the battlefield ;) The Bison are pretty cool too. I do not use the artillery armoured cars very often though.

Adler, I just tried out DAK for the first time in a long while, and I'm loving that faction again. One point to note is that the Anti Tank Incendiary Munitions perk in the Battlefield Espionage Battlegroup doesn't seem to apply the burning DOT to the vehicular targets of Flak 36 Anti Tank emplacements, that the Fallshirmpioneer infantry units can construct. Is this something that can be amended at all?

I tested the remainder of the tanks and they do apply the DOT. I've also tested the anti tank infantry guns, except the PAK 40, and the apply it.

@Major Ballshack I added the German weapons to the Allied points, but they wouldn't actually spawn. Sorry chief, I tried.

@Pegasus-1 I have been unable to replicate your tank stop issues sorry. I do not understand it... but I can destroy them fine with area fire weapons. Sorry I do not have a better answer for you.

I have corrected some units not throwing grenades though this fix.

Oh ok I see. What about adding specifically the 75mm anti tank gun to one of the allied base buildings. If you have it just spawn the gun couldn't you just crew it with allied soldiers so it isnt manned by German looking troops? I feel like that anti tank gun would be very useful to the allied faction, even if it was significantly more expensive. The German tanks are all so much stronger than allied.

Oh I thought you meant units... annoyingly, there is no option in the game for allied weapons, I cant add in the feature either.

I built the Germans first, then was surprised to find I couldnt add them for the Allies. So I had the choice of giving the Allies German weapons, or taking it off the German teams... or leave it as it is.
