Is there a way to spawn them via console? Sorry if that sounds silly. I just wish to be able to test them out without starting a new game.

it is possible ... deactivate the techs and add them to lootdrops.

Not out of the box, as the PCSes are not part of the Perkpack.

can we get the LW2 PCS if we downloaded the LW2 Perks instead?
