the og sprites are horror-like, and yeah they fit a more heavily modded game more(sue me). good to have a choice, the style isnt really comparable. a lot less disgusting but very viable/consistent for the eating enabled option^^

Look at the original Gore mod and you'll see that it's meat piece sprites look like it's come straight from another game.

There's alternate flesh textures in the mod files. Just rename the texture you want into the currently used one's name.

or maybe even add some bone
