Mod says it supports 4.0 and has a multiplier of 0.0001 - so presumably 1 old pop = 100 new pop = 0.01 extra (assuming that means 1%)

@Cutha I just found that I don't need to remove and re-add the modifier, simply add it again and it will be overwritten🤣🤣🤣.

No worries. I was just saying that you might want to mention in your mod description that it doesn't apply to AI or that it is a cheat mod.

In your event, has_planet_modifier is not valid, just use has_modifier. Also to remove the modifier it should be:
remove_modifier = pm_many_hands_make_light_work

not:
remove_modifier = { modifier = pm_many_hands_make_light_work }

Why is the syntax for adding a modifier versus removing a modifier different? I think somebody at Paradox was trying to win a bet for creating the worst scripting language ever.

@Cutha Sorry, I deleted your comment by mistake and can't recover it :steamsad:. The steam app lags and I touch that button accidently. It seems I uploaded the personal version. The modifier was not meant to be player only. But some other people advised me to limit it to players only.

@Double D In fact, the event is not limited to players only. If you want it to be, go to the mod directory and open events/many_hands_make_light_work_event.txt, insert a new line 'limit = { is_ai = no }" between "every_country = {" and "every_owned_planet = {".:steammocking:
