This mod is made by a small but dedicated mod team, so it will still be a few months until the next update comes out. It will be both an update to 4.0 and an overhaul of the mod

I found this mod yesterday, have not play tested it yet. You should be able to use it for becoming a Fallen Empire without the extra stuff this mod has.

the devs last mention of the mod on the ZOFE discord said they need people to help with sprites
and i think that was a few months ago

Have you ever considered adding a new living standard? A living standard specific to the country that has completed the ascension, because at this time the player's empire is already on par with the fallen empire.

This IS the best mod ever, still waiting sins 5 month, and will wait as long as necessary, keep the good work <3

Why does every major stellaris update break all the mods

I may sounded a bit harsh, but man cant people wait a bit. Like as if modding is something you do on a weekend. People use their time to work on free extra content and then we have some shiny guys down here of which 98% never touched a code in their lifes whining around and telling everyone doomsday has come.

ive been checking the ZOFE discord, their trying to update it rn, taking some time both with how many updates to the game there are and the overall buildings

Hey to be fair you never really know when a mod drops dead or not. I have several on my modlist now that are dropping dead or simply refusing to be updated any further.

I dont get the comments about dead mod. Fking tiktok youth with their attention span and patience of a five year old.

After the Shroud rework their is a new species pack that is coming out between October and December. The Infernals species pack, that is adding ships, civics, species. Volcanic Worlds and another player crisis path.

Mod is still being developed just taking a fair bit of time due to all the changes that came in 4.0 and it maybe delayed a bit more after the new DLC and Updates.

Yeah, regrettably that seems to be the case. Next big update (although not as bad as 4.0) drops next week

With the pace of changes to Stellaris and a new DLC on its way I think it's time for me to bid this mod farewell.

Seconding this request. 4.0 is a mess and likely won't be up to par with 3.14 for many months. If this ever gets updated PLEASE keep a 3.14 legacy version on the workshop.

Could you please keep a heritage version of this mod and all his submods for 3.14?

I'm tweaking, I miss this mod so much, I cant get my ascendant empire larp fix.

Maybe it will be compatible with White-Gold Shipset after update? As the oldest pioneer in the galaxy, the Empire of Origin should certainly be different from other Falling Empires. If possible, it is really the return of the Empire of Origin in the full sense. Of course, I continue to urge updates. I am looking forward to it too much. Among the mods I subscribed to, it has not been updated yet... but it is still my favorite mod

@Ultragrunt777 I actually like that idea, but that also comes with the caveat that it may likely take more work to implement than to just use the preexisting FE ship designs... though that'd still be pretty cool to see.

My personal request would be to have more neutral fallen empire ship designs It would go into two choices the ethic design or the species design. The ethic design is just the regular design with custom lights. The species design would be your regular empire design but put on your ascended ships for example fungoid design with custom lights would make a ascended fungoid ship design. other then that keep up the good work ZOFE modding team.

No specific ETA, it's ready when it's ready, we're still learning with the new system and experimenting with the new economy.

I'm guessing they might doing Zofe 5.0 due to the fact of the new fallen empire type and the ships they have.
