Updated desc. to contain all info.

More consistent that roster size is 2x from vanilla numbers, 16 more hero slots than before. I won't be making it any higher.

You don't need to ask for my permission lol, I'm only (mostly) editing the pre-existing game files. Even if some little edits are original it's whatever, you can upload it

Updated for the latest patch. Should now have proper localization! Unless they make significant changes to ferry code, it shouldn't need to be updated again.
