so far my reading on it was 90% of its shots missed on a locked target

its does not track all that well, i had multiple airborne targets within 20km and all it did was lock onto a mountain

It was broken by the update to the game that happened at the same time. Before that update, radars could not detect your own missiles.

Tbf the radar filtering wasn't good when it was released either, it just happened to go from barely works to broken

Yes the issue is that the radar system has bad filtering and also tracks it's own missiles

No the vehicle is fundamentally broken by changes to radars following the update that occured when space DLC was released.
